Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

In order to complete your order, we need time for internal processing. As a rule, the minimum time for completion of an order is 24 hours. In some cases orders can take longer due to weekends and holidays. Please make your bookings in advance.

Please give us approximately 1 - 3 business days. After processing your order, we will contact you by phone or e-mail. We process orders quickly and safely.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States or internationally. We use fast and economical USPS shipping method - priority mail - within and only outside the US. Normally it takes about 2 – 3 days within US, and about 6 – 8 days within Canada, Europe, Asia and other countries. Price within US is $6.75 (confirmation # is included) + $1.25 for Handing. Price within Canada is $20.75 (limit 4 lbs. or up to 1.8 kg) and $24.75 (limit 4 lbs. or up to 1.8 kg) within Europe, Canada, Asia and other countries. There are no handing charges for international customers. These are the shipping costs for the smallest package. The smallest package can include up to 12 items. The medium package starts from 13 items.

If you would like to use economical shipping (first class mail) please look in “Pay for Services” under INFORMATION.

b. Shipping Charges
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax.

c. International Orders
If you want to know the price and to discuss delivery options, please contact us by e-mail alex@harutfencinggrip.com. Please indicate in the subject line – international order. Indicate country, city and code. We will offer the best option for you. There is no sales tax on all orders except for California residents.

CLEARANCE ITEMS

All Clearance items are Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable. No exceptions. Please pay careful attention when ordering these items.

RETURN, EXCHANGE POLICY, CANCELLATIONS

Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.

Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within 30 days of the purchase date will be credited in the full amount (excluding shipping charges). Any claims for damaged orders or missing items must be filed within 2 business days of receiving of package.

In case the following conditions are not met, Harut FFG reserves the right to charge 20% a restocking fee or refuse the return.
- the items must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase
- items and packaging must be received in original condition
- the original manufacture's packaging must not be damaged
- must include all original items, manuals, etc.
- Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the shipping box
- return package must include a copy of the original invoice or sales receipt

Before returning a package you need to contact Harut FFG by e-mail alex@harutfencinggrip.com to receive Return Authorization Number.

Exchanges
If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase:
Please send all exchanges back with a copy of the original invoice indicating the returning items. Once inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to you immediately. There is a $8.00 shipping charge for all exchanges. Please attach a check along with the item you exchanging or send a money order for the amount of $8.00 or make a payment in “Pay and Services” located under INFORMATION. An exception will be if there was an error on your order that was our fault or you received a defective item. In this case we will take care for the shipping fees.
All exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please check your merchandise as soon as you receive it to ensure that everything has arrived as ordered. All exchanges must be unused, in the same condition they were purchased, and must be folded neatly. Any stains, scratches, or other marks may result in either a 20 % restocking fee or refusal of exchange. No exceptions. Please read Return Policy section.

Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet shipped. Please contact us by e-mail alex@harutfencinggrip.com.
If the item you want to cancel has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item for a refund. See our Return policy.
