Our Goals

Harut FFG was founded in the beginning of 2010 in San Diego, California. The goal of our company is to offer high-quality products that will promote the sport of fencing. One such products is the classic fencing French grip.

History

We are continually attending many international fencing tournaments such as the world championships and the world cup. We have talked to many head coaches and athletes and we have heard about the need to improve several aspects of the fencing grips. Many athletes and coaches wished to exchange the heavy metal grips for light weight, hardwood grips that are capable of reducing vibration (anti-vibration).

International Company

The company is considered to be international. We have representatives from France and Germany who are responsible for model design and testing.

Manufactured in the USA

Many people ask us why our grips are made in the USA? We have a very simple answer for this question. Our goal is not quantity but quality. We want to produce a quality product for beginners and masters alike. Because of our high standards and hard work, we produce a limited number of grips of different types. All work is done by hand. We use new tools, materials and technologies. We ensure that all our finished products consistently meet our high standards and specifications.

Our company decided that the best way to achieve a high quality product is to use materials made in the USA. These materials include rubber, metal, tubing, glues, leather, specific cords, and special composite plastic produced in the USA. We do not import any materials, except for special rubber from Germany, a small amount of aluminum-titanium alloy and tubing from Europe, and some types of exotic hardwood that are not grown in the USA. We purchase the hardwoood from US firms.

We support the growth of local business and economy in the USA by producing quality products in the USA.
